The course offers a certificate to the participants in "Drones in Society" from AAU
No ECTS-points will be submitted.
Optional drone pilot licenses
The course provides training materials and hands-on time to pass the two basic drone licenses A1/A3 & A2. The only cost is for the online exam with Trafikstyrelsen of 40 DKK.
Price
Registration fee: 14.500 DKK (approx. 1.935 EUR). The fee is exempt of VAT.
Catering (mandatory)
Catering fee for the entire 3-day course: 600 DKK incl. VAT (approx. 80 EUR).

Coffee and bread roll will be served from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM on each course day, and for lunch a Lunch plate at the AAU Campus canteen. In the afternoon coffee and cake will be served.

This course is a three-day workshop designed for professionals, business leaders, and entrepreneurs keen on understanding drone technology's current and future impact across various industries.

Participants will explore drone applications in surveillance, logistics, environmental monitoring, and more, gaining insights into how drones are reshaping business operations and fostering new opportunities.

The program combines lectures, hands-on drone flying experiences (no prior experience necessary), and discussions to offer a deep dive into UAV technology, including technical terminology, methodologies, and real-world applications. We examine the societal, ethical, and innovative aspects of drone use and future implications.

This course is especially helpful in becoming familiar with drones if you are considering hiring drone services for a project or developing drone-based solutions in-house.
